COURAGE Heather dared to bungee jump off the Victoria Falls in Zambia, while working in partnership with a local school for children orphaned by AIDS. The drop was a stunning 111 metres straight down, and despite being terrified, she made the leap!

STRENGTH IN COMMUNITY The staff at Lululemon Athletica in Banff, Alberta challenged one another to "Dare to Do One Thing a Day That Scares You" and to perform their Dare during the week of the challenge. Some individual Dares included: eating no wheat for a month; going vegan for a week; doing 100 consecutive sun salutations in the Lululemon store; and working as a human mannequin in the store window for a day!
INGENUITY Lily and her Katimavik friends worked hard to perfect their dance steps. During the Dare to Remember Week, the Charlottetown-based group performed Michael Jackson's 'Thriller' dance all over the city.
DETERMINATION The Positive Women's Network is committed to action and leadership on women and HIV/AIDS. The staff dared themselves to climb the twelve flights of stairs to their office rather than "take the easy route" and use the elevator.
